This provides you with the additional benefit of having a hardcopy of their request.


If your problems are centered around finding good staff members, it is possible that your training procedures are not working. Instead of relying on your hands-on teaching alone, think about creating cleaning company employee handbooks your employees can refer to. Then when you do hire someone new they can refer to this manual after their initial training period is finished.

Trying to do Everything Yourself

If time is your major frustration start looking at which tasks could be handed off to an assistant. If you are constantly frustrated, this is going to affect your business dealings and possibly rub off onto your customers.

One of the biggest objections to not setting up systems or hiring help is because of the cost. Instead of thinking that you don’t have X amount of dollars for hiring someone, think about how valuable the time saved would be to you. You would be much better off to hire an assistant for a few hours a week or month to help free up your time, and save your sanity.

Once you experience the results and free up your time you can easily hire more help as needed.
