Refund Policy

If building a residential cleaning business is what you want to do…. if you want to grow your business, then I’m ready to help you. In fact, I’ll even hold your hand along the way.

There is plenty of free information on the Internet to help you get started, but that will only take you so far. What I provide is the “insider” information you will need to succeed. That’s because I have built the business from the ground up… most free information you can get includes generic information about starting a business – any business – and does not include the information I provide.

Digital Products

Our products are digital, and ready for immediate download upon purchase. All products are sold in their current state, and updates may not be included in the 30-day post-purchase download window (see below).

Please note that the policy around access to products and product updates has changed.

Updated policy, 7/1/23: In June of 2023, we migrated our platform onto Woocommerce from aMember. This means that as of July 1, 2023, all Woocommerce purchases will officially be available for up to 3 downloads of the product for 30 days after the purchase. Some products will continue to be sold on the aMember system.

The aMember system will continue to be active, and you can access the downloads on that system, until July 1, 2024. After 7/1/24, we will be shutting down aMember and products there will become unavailable.

Please read each order page so that you understand the refund policy on that product.

Not As Described

We do our best to specify the product’s capabilities and information on the product details page. We generally don’t refund people who claim the product is “not as described.” If there is an egregious error in our product pages, please let us know, and we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Not Authorized

We can only refund “payment not authorized” claims with 1) a police report event number or 2) a credit card cancellation letter issued from the credit card provider due to fraud.

Request a Refund

If you are truly dissatisfied with the product, please contact us before requesting a refund from your payment processor. You can open a ticket at the Support Desk to submit your request. Please provide all the requested information to help us locate your purchase.
