There is plenty of free information on the Internet to help you get started, but that will only take you so far. What I provide is the “insider” information you will need to succeed. That’s because I have built the business from the ground up… most free information you can get includes generic information about starting a business – any business – and does not include the information I provide.
Digital Products
Our products are digital, ready for immediate download. You have access to the downloads 24-7-365 days a year. All you have to do is log in and grab them. You have lifetime access to the products you purchase which means you get lifetime updates as the products are updated.
My refund policy is different for most of my products simply because of the nature of digital downloads. Once you download a product, you can’t send it back!
Please read each order page so that you understand the refund policy on that product. Once the refund period has passed, any inquiries for a refund after that will be denied, unless it’s a fraud case. Please note that to receive a refund, your reason must be VALID & JUSTIFIED.
Not As Described
We do not refund people who claim the product is “not as described.” These are easy to disprove by sending a copy of the sales page and product page to PayPal or the credit card provider.
Payment Not Authorized
We do not refund people who make a “payment not authorized” claim, UNLESS they can provide either 1) a police report event number or 2) a credit card cancellation letter issued from the credit card provider due to fraud. If someone is a fraud victim, these are the 2 basic steps they must take. Failing to present one of the two documents will result in a refund refusal.
Request a Refund
You must contact us before attempting to get a refund from your payment processor. That only delays the process. You must open a ticket at the Support Desk to submit your request. Please provide all the requested information to help us locate your purchase.
